Unable to upload documents with Quick Submit Plugin

Hello everyone,

I was trying to upload documents using the Quick Submit Plugin. When I would click the upload button, the page would reload but nothing else. There are no warning messages from the stack trace nor confirmation. I can create the article for the issue but there is not a document for it. I have been doing this on safari and chrome with PDF’s, average size is 200KB. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Can you upload any file into the system? If not, check your config.inc.php file_dir setting, and make sure that the folder described there exists and is writeable by the user that’s running the server php process.
