I can’t upload the cover image and issue galley file (OJS 3.4.0.5)
When I tried to upload the cover image, I got this message. The file could not be uploaded or revised.

It might be a permissions error. Is this happening when uploading other types of files?

I did all the permission, but still the same error. What should be owner of folders? Root or?
