Unable to update to latest ORCID plugin version

I’m using OJS 3.3.0-8,

When i got to the ORCID github GitHub - pkp/orcidProfile: A plugin to pull ORCID information into a PKP user profile, I can see that a neversion for ORCIDprofil hase been released

But I can bot update the OrcidProfile from my journal adminnistration.
Is this normal ?
