I have a journal with 5 sections listed on the “Table of Contents” page and two of them are out of order. When this happened earlier I was able to use the arrows under the section to move it up or down, however, these arrows do not work for the bottom section. While the arrow is still there, the page treats it as just plain text. The arrows on the upper sections work fine.
Is there a fix for those arrows not moving the sections?
