Unable to Log In to OJS Platform

I am experiencing an issue with logging into my Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. When I click the “Log In” button, it redirects me to the same login page without any error message or further action.

Steps Taken:
Cleared browser cache and cookies.
Tried accessing the login page directly via the URL.
Tested with different browsers and devices.
Despite these attempts, the issue persists.

Any solution or tips?

Hi @Bedrije_Tafa,

You might want to check your PHP error log for error messages there (or ask your systems administrator to do this). You can then report back here if there are any error messages found - that typically provides more clues as to what the issue might be in these cases.
