Unable to fetch citation style - Open Typesetting Stack

After installing the Open Typesetting Stack plugin in my OJS 3.1 test journal I receive the message “Unable to fetch citation styles”. How do I solve that problem?

Is there anything in your webserver logs? Unfortunately I still can’t reproduce, and the call in question is just fetching and parsing data from this URL if you’re using our OTS demo instance: http://pkp-xml-demo.lib.sfu.ca/api/job/citationStyleList
