Unable to Extract OJS and OPS files

Hi!
I am unable to extract OJS and OPS (version 3.2) files on cpanel, I downloaded (tar.gz) file from download section https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/ojs_download/ https://pkp.sfu.ca/ops/ops_download/ and after uploading on cpanel server it’s unable to extract with the following message-

gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
/bin/gtar: Child returned status 1
/bin/gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Hi @aabahishti,

I’ve double-checked the archives and they’re fine – there must be something in the process you’re following to download/extract them that’s causing problems.

Thanks for the support; I am not sure what was the problem but I managed it by extracting on desktop and recompress as ZIP file then upload to the server where it worked.
