Unable to edit journal metadata

Hi! The last version of OJS with only 1 journal. Site Administration → Hosted Journals → My Journal → Edit. On any attempt to save modified text “An unexpected error occurred. You may have been logged out. Please reload the page and try again.” Any thoughts?

Can your give me more detil about error , like error_log on your server or display_error on your OJS

Sorry, don’t know how to do that. I can ask my provider. Can it be something related to PHP update - it had been updated a couple months ago?

which PHP version you are using ?

if you can display the error log. it’s easier to see what happens to your journal and maybe I can help you to fix it…

PHP 7.2
I do not know how to display error log. Not a very technical person.

I have the same problem. Whenever I try to save something I get that error.

Try this one, this config work on OJS 3.1XX with same issue

1,open config.inc.php
2.Find edit session_check_ip = On
3.Edit to session_check_ip = Off
4.Clear cache your OJS site
