For about 10 months we use the OJS 220.127.116.11! Since last morning is not possible to upload / download any file! Any idea what the problem is! The system is parked on hosting (commercial providers).
Have you inquired of you hosting provider? It’s unlikely that something internal to OJS would cause a change like this.

Unfortunately I can not help - in our case, as I wrote, the problem was up to provider!
