Trying to send e-mails from ojs

Hello group
I try to create an user, at the end the system says it has sent an e-mail but when I check there is no e-mail how can I solve this problem_

Here are some questions:

  1. What version of OJS are you using?
  2. Have you checked the Spam/Junk folder for the email?
  3. Are other users receiving registration emails, or is it just this particular recipient who is not receiving email?
  4. Are other types of emails from OJS (e.g. new issue notifications, review assignments, etc.) being sent out and received?
  5. What is your email setup in config.inc.php – are you using SMTP or php’s mail()?
  6. Do you have mail server logs you can share?
