For both journals I have Lithuanian (Lietuvių) checked for UI, Forms and Submissions in Website Settings->Languages. Polish is enabled for the 2nd journal only.
In https://lmaleidykla.lt/ojs3/index.php/filosofija-sociologija if I choose Lietuvių on the right, upper menu items Current, Archive, About are not translated. In https://lmaleidykla.lt/ojs3/index.php/menotyra they are translated (into Naujausias nr., Archyvai, Apie žurnalą). But if I disable Polish language UI support for this journal, the menu items are not translated to Lithuanian the same as for the 1st journal. Why?
Looks strange, I agree. What you can try is to delete the templates cash, sometimes that helps.

I deleted all files in cache and cache/t_compile directories, didn’t help.
