Too many Notification emails

hi all,
We just got upgraded to version OJS-3.1.1.2. Everything are working fine but when I submitted a new article in the test site, a table of contents, and received 4 e-mails notifying me that it had be submitted. My co-worker also got 4 e-mails (2 saying that there was a new submission and 2 saying the new submission needed to be assigned). We are both having Journal Manager and Journal Editor roles.
Is there a way to disable all the notification emails which sent to all editor and each of us only get one notification email instead of 4 ?

Hi @Ptran,

You can configure notification emails about new submissions under Settings > Workflow > Submission > Notification of Author Submission. Individual users can also configure which notification emails they receive in their user profiles.
