In the previous thread, the best guess was that there was some unwanted local modification to the code. This could come about by either a manual change to the php files, or by a partially failed patch upgrade.
Can you confirm that your install doesn’t have any changes from a clean download of your version of OJS from the website?
Unfortunately not, but I am going to find out. I’ll post when we have found what might have caused the problem. Thanks for the suggestion.
