TinyMCE Plugin PROBLEM

Hello,

The text areas of my ojs do not appear the tinymce options:

In the “Static Pages Plugin”, it works:

Please, help me.

Thank You.

Hi @vcruz,

What version of OJS are you using?
In the Generic Plugins area, is the TinyMCE plugin present and enabled?
Does your browser indicate any Javascript errors?

Hi Alec Smecher,

thanks for listening,

My version of ojs is 2.4.8.1.

The plug-in is enabled and javascrpit does not show errors.

Hi @vcruz,

Is this website externally available? If so, can you share the URL with me?

Hi,

Yes, is a Journal of my Professor.

The link is:

Hi @vcruz,

Looking at the Registration form, the TinyMCE plugin appears to work; is it just the journal description field where you’re seeing unexpected behavior?

Hi Alec Smecher,

I gotta fix the problem on tinymce for almost every page…

But, it is not working to write an email … is this normal?

Thank you!

Hi @vcruz,

It sounds to me like you’re experiencing a Javascript error – could you try these instructions to check the console?

If you’re having email troubles, could you post that on a new thread (with as much detail as possible)?

Hello,

The email templates are configured with html codes, before I update the ojs, it was possible to edit this box with tinymce:

The emails in html are not read correctly when the user receives the email:

Thank you!

Hi @vcruz,

OJS 2.x doesn’t support HTML in email templates. However, OJS 3.0 already does.
