TinyMCE plugin does not appear in OJS 2.4.8.2..!

I have a problem in OJS 2.4.8.2 where plugin tinyMCE does not appear.

Your journal has a mixed of secure with insecure requests. Could you enable SSL parameter in your config.inc.php and review all requests that are not HTTPS?
Maybe it has been blocking you to load TinyMCE, because checking browser console log it has some errors on it.

I have try to enable SSL from config.inc.php but still nothing the TinyMCE can’t work. I also try suggestion from other topics like remove cache from cache folder but the result is same too.

Would you like find other solution for this issue…?
