Can you provide some more details? Where did you try to add the thumbnail? Can you provide a screenshot demonstrating where you experienced the error?
I uploaded it but it doesn’t change anything
The journal thumbnail that you have uploaded will be used on the site index page. This page appears at the base URL when your OJS instance runs more than one journal.
If you want to change the image that appears in the browser tab, upload an image to Settings > Website > Appearance > Advanced > Favicon.
