The reviewer and editorial user can not see recommendation list

Hi All.
We faced problem that the reviewer and editorial user can open Review Details screen but he can not see the recommendation list .
how we can solve this issue

In OMP, reviewers do not make recommendations from a pull-down. They need to enter their comments and/or upload a file.

Are these two models no longer available? If available, where can I find it?
I searched a lot but couldn’t find it

OMP supports two models for managing the review process. The Standard Review Process is recommended because it steps reviewers through the process, ensures a complete review history for each submission, and takes advantage of automatic reminder notification, and standard recommendations for submissions (Accept; Accept with revisions; Submit for review; Submit elsewhere; Decline; See comments).

Hi @kerimsarigul,

Those locale keys are inherited from the beginnings of OMP but not currently used. (OMP was originally forked from OJS, which at the time supported a process for review whereby review documents were sent to reviewers as email attachments.)
