I’m creating an OJS site that hosts two Journals (for now). The problem is that the primary navigation menu is not visible on the homepage of the site but it is visble on each individual journal. I’m using the Bootstrap3 theme across all journals and site with consistent settings
Steps I took leading up to the issue
I tried to modify header.tpl in the following directory: Plugins/themes/bootstrap3/templates/frontend/components but every attempt has been unsuccessful
