The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
My PKP PN Archiving works right for my English journal , but it does not work for my Chinese Journals, showing the error “The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet.” I searched the problem and try the potential ways to resolve it, but all failed. BTW, I confirm the ISSNs are right, and it does not appear in the list http://pkp.sfu.ca/files/pkppn/onix.csv

How long ago did you enable the plugin? It can take sometime before it appears on the list.

Same behavior in my journal, OJS 3.3.0-21; pln-v2_0_4-5.
Acron enabled and schedule_tasks ON. No php errors.

According to our OJS log, the PKP Preservation Network plugin is correctly configured, but we are receiving the following message:
“The PKP PN is not currently accepting deposits”
Could you please confirm whether the PKP PN is temporarily closed for maintenance, and if so, when new deposits are expected to be accepted again?
Here are some details of our installation:
Journal: Cadernos do Arquivo Municipal
Base URL: https://cadernosarquivo.cm-lisboa.pt/index.php/am/
OJS Version: 3.3.0-21
Plugin: PKP PN (enabled and active, v2_0_4-5)

Your journal wasn’t whitelisted due to a problem in our service, it will be fixed once we upgrade it. For now I’ve whitelisted your journal manually.

The plugin runs once per day, so I’d say it should start working tomorrow
