The journal doi points to the local ip address, please suggest how to solve it
Hi @daisy_wiserpub,
Can you please indicate which version of OJS you are using? For example, OJS 3.3.0-13. This assists with others troubleshooting.

We are currently using OJS 3.3.0.10. Thanks for your kind reminder. Hope you can help us solve this problem.
Hi @daisy_wiserpub,
Thanks for clarifying. Is your base_url
configured to your journal domain name in your config.inc.php
file?

Hi, rcgillis. the journal domain name of config.inc.php` file we have done. But there still are some of journal’s DOI point to the local IP address, so how to continue to solve this problem ? Thanks.
If you’ve made a change to the base_url
you’d have to re-export and send your DOIs to Crossref again so it would be aware of the changes. It’s likely that they were previously registered with your IP registered, but you have to correct them with your DOI registration agency (which presumably is Crossref).
Best regards,
