Hello, I need your help. I have installed OJS, but there is an issue with the initial display. I was advised to go to Administration > Site Management > Site Settings and fill in all the empty fields, then save. However, after filling in all the fields, when I click the save button, nothing happens — only the progress symbol keeps running endlessly.
The spinning indicates that you should check your PHP error log for errors there.
Please note that OJS 3.1 is no longer supported, and we highly recommend updating to a more current, supported version (like 3.3. or 3.4), as soon as you are able to.
