The facade is a little strange after updating to ojs 3.1+

Hi, all,
After updating the software to ojs 3+ , I found the title of the first paper is outer of the paper information frame in the isuues’ page. see: http://www.xpublication.com/index.php/jcec . The text “Effect of Bentonite Addition on Geotechnical Properties of Oil-Contaminated Sandy Soil” should be along with “Amirhossein Mohammadi, Taghi Ebadi, mehrdad Ahmadi” and below the line. But now, it is above.

Thanks all.

Kindly,
Robert

Hi @scipub

What specific OJS version are you using now?
Have you already tried to clear the template cache from the admin dashboard?
Do you use any custom CSS stylesheets?

Hi, @Vitaliy. Thanks for your reply.

I are using OJS 3.1.1-4, the problem had been here when using OJS 3.1.1-2.
I don’t use any custom CSS stylesheets.
I have not tried to clear the template cache from the admin dashboard. Should I try to clear it?
Just now, I cleared the template cache and found the problem has not been solved.

Kindly,
Robert

Hi @scipub

Usually on front-end articles are grouped into sections, but as I can see it’s not in your case. Can you confirm that your journal doesn’t have sections or it has only one?

Actually, I can’t reproduce this behavior. After deleting journal sections I receive the message that the journal doesn’t currently accept submissions.
Did you update from OJS 2+?
Was the update process successful?
Does you journal have any sections?
Have you got an access to the database?

hi,@Vitaliy
We have several sections, but all published articles are in the same section ("articles "section). I have ticked “Omit the title of this section from issues’ table of contents” in the section set. So you could not see the section title.
Just now, I cancelled the tick “Omit the title of this section from issues’ table of contents”, and found the facade is Ok. Please see: http://www.xpublication.com/index.php/jcec
It means I could not Omit the section title?

Kindly,
Robert
