The bootstrap3 plugin request the wrong url, how to fix it?

Describe the issue or problem
i installed ojs3 in A server, the bootstrap3 plugin was installed then, and now I transfer the installation to B server.

when i use F12 to check the network. i found the bootstrap3 plugin is still requesting A server’s resources. how to fix it.

other resources are loaded correcty.

Did you clear the cache after the server change?

Thank you for your reply. What you’re talking about is clearly caching data, which I’ve tried many times. This operation does not work.

So I think it should have nothing to do with cached data, it should be somewhere else? I guess There is a problem with the settings.
