Texture plugin never runs in OJS 3.1.2.1

Hi,
I installed Texture Plugin in OJS 3.1.2.1 and enabled it, but it doesn’t run or show any editing options in the production phase.

I tried uploading the stable version 3.1.2 and the master version. I installed it by unpacking the .tar manually.

Any recomendation?
