Temporary suspension of submissions in OJS 2

Hi,

Is it possible to temporarily suspend submissions in a journal on OJS 2?

You can check the box “Items can only be submitted by Editors and Section Editors.” when editing the section in the Journal Sections area. Then authors cannot submit new content.
