Supplementary files not showing even after upgrade ojs 3.1.2

I have upgraded my ojs version from 2.4.3 to 3.1 and upgrade was done without any errors. But my supplimentary files are not showing anywhere, but i can see in the upload directory.
After that i have seen that the bug was resolved in the 3.1.2 version but it still seems there. I still cant find it. Please let me know what to do, i have lots of files and users.

Second problem occured after upgrade is i cannot export “Articles Report” after upgrade it 3.1.1 to 3.1.2. It shows error. I think plugin is not working properly.

Have you upgraded to OJS 3.1.2 from 2.4.3 or from 3.1? If you upgraded from OJS 3.1 I would suggest you to attempt upgrade from 2.4.3 to 3.1.2 (instead 3.1).

It make sense, but i cant do it because lot of data is there after the upgrade was done to 3.1 so is there any method available from which i can migrate all articles and submitted buy the users after 3.1 upgrade and add back into new upgrade 3.1.1.2.
