Recently we have had several subscribers who were entered as subscription mangers incorrectly. When we removed them from that roll and assigned them to the reader roll they were no longer able to access PDF content on OJS. They do have active subscriptions on the system but they still cannot access content and are sent to the pay-per-view page.
