Submitting softcopy instead of a file and other requests

I have the following feature requests:

  1. A submission be made as a softcopy text (copy/pasted from a text editor), rather than as a file upload. this would perhaps make the workflow a bit more easier.
  2. The blocks on the right side, need to be made more easy to handle, like Widgets in Wordpress, for example.
