Submission task count stopped working

I use ojs 3.0.2. For a while I stopped receiving error log alert then after submitting a paper, when you click finish it just shows that its busy. And finally when you check, it has submitted but the task count doesn’t increase to show that a new paper had been submitted like before.
I need help. Thanks

Didi you check your webserver log error/ php error? Often it shows you what may be happening with your OJS instance and helps out to debug errors.
