Submission issues for author on OPS

Hi,
I have an issue with OPS submission. Even though the submission is allowed, the author cannot submit with the message “server not accepting submission…” I’ve attached screenshots

Hmmm… I wonder if that setting has not taken effect for some reason despite selecting that. What version of OPS are you using (e..g 3.4.0-9))? and are you able to check you PHP error logs for any messages there?

It’s OPS 3.5.0.1. and I’m not able to check PHP error, but I can ask developers to do it.

Hi @nuraly.javliev,

Check in Settings > Server > Sections to make sure that at least one section exists and is accepting submissions.
