, OJS 3.1.2

  • Have uploaded file and selected ‘kind of file’ but receive error message when trying to ‘save & continue’:
    Error
    Message disappears before i can capture screenshot.

I also cannot remove the multiple files I have uploaded during these failed attempts.

Hi @DebL

I don’t think you’re using OJS 3.1.2. That looks like OJS 3.3.

In any case, there will be an error message logged in your server error logs. Please have your systems administrator look for that and report back.
