I use primary language and add thai language in checklist.
If i add “กรณีที่บทความของท่านเข้าสู่กระบวนการส่งไปยังผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อทำการพิจารณาแล้วหากภายหลัง ผู้เขียน/ผู้ส่งบทความขอแจ้งยกเลิกการพิจารณาบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์ ผู้เขียน/ผู้ส่งบทความจะต้องทำการชำระค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนของค่าตอบแทนผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้งหมดที่พิจารณาบทความดังกล่าว” in checklist, it will loading (see pic).

Hmmm… where did you find Thai language?

Could you watch your error log files when calling that page – if there are any error logs there?
