I found that whenever we write name and mail id on step 1 in setup option then submission ans user registration mail not work , but after that how we can reset that part from database

The fields on Step 1 are required and should be filled in, but if you’re seeing email delivery behavior that’s dependent on what’s entered there, I’d suggest reviewing some general information about the Sender Policy Framework. That may provide some guidance on why some messages are delivered and some are not.
