Hi everyone. Since I updated to OJS 3.3 the journal manager is not receiving the submissions acknowledgement e-mails, however the authors receive it. There is only one manager. I don’t know why is this happening.

Which specific version of OJS are you using (e.g. 3.3.0-13)? Can you clarify which acknowledgement email template you mean?

If you have section editors in your installation and they are specifically assigned to the section that the author submitted to, they will be automatically assigned to a submission and your journal manager will not receive an email. You can look and see in the Journal → Sections area of the dashboard.
