Stylesheet.css in cache folder?

Greetings!

I have OJS 3.3.0.14. I had to edit the logo size and looked for the .css to edit. Turns out, the only copy of stylesheet.css is sitting in htdocs/journal/cache folder. Not sure how it got there and whether/where I should move it. Any suggestions?

Hi, this is a temporary copy that gets created from .less files.
