Strange text displayed when article is clicked

Hi All,

  • Application Version - e.g., OJS 3.2.1.4
  • Description of issue
    Whenever i click on article in my queue in submissions. i get the following for a brief time and then it disappears. It happens only for authors i.e, editor does not face the same problem.
    It is working fine but authors complain about it. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
    A screen shot is attached please.

Hi @sohailkmu,

Are you able to check your PHP error logs to see if they provide any indication about what might be occurring here? And if you are, could you post them here? That may help to identify the issue.

cant find any clue in logs.

Sorry - but without any indication from the error logs, or any obvious error messages it’s hard for me to say what is going on here, perhaps someone else will be able to assist though.
