Statistics report differ from reality

Hello, We have in Archives 33 issues published but plugin for statistics and report says that there is only 31 issue published.
Please advise

Which report are you using? The usage statistics report or the templates inside the report generator?

I enter as Journal Manager and choose Management Pages and then Stats & Reports.
That’s procedure.
