We have almost a doubling of our usage data in COUNTER Reports from one month to the next in all our journals on our instance. This increase isn’t possible I guess. Does Acron Plugin and Crone Job on the server double the data when it’s enabled both? Thanks for help.
If you have the cron job set up you should disable the acron plugin. Cron is the better way to go and the acron plugin is only there for those unable to configure a cron job.
I’m not certain this is the source of the stats problems but it sounds like it could be.
