SQL query for loading

We have had issues with our system running slow. In particular, when a user such as an editor tries to look at a submission in review, copyediting, etc., the pages load very slowly. We now have a SQL slow queries log setup and it has been recording some slow queries.

Does someone know specifically what query(or queries) OJS uses for loading a submission? We want to examine the logs to see if it shows up in our logs.
