Some Error affecting our Journal Website

Description of issue or problem I’m having:
When try to download from the website , we couldnt be able to download, and when try to upload as well we couldnt do that as well, it always bring some errors and the screenshot of the error is attached herewith.

Hello @athmsiforum,

Are you able to access your PHP error logs and can tell us any relevant errors from there? Usually the errors indicated in the browser are not that helpful in determining the issue, but PHP error log messages provide more insight. Also, can you please indicate your specific OJS version number (e.g. 3.2.1) - this is also helpful for others assisting in troubleshooting.
