I didn`t receive a confirmation that the upgrade completed successfully. After I change in config.ini.php option Install in On I received that error message about navigation_menus and cannot do nothing. A few times I tried to do that but always received the same error.

Hi @Lazar_Stosic,
I suspect your upgrade didn’t complete fully. Restore to backup from before the upgrade was run, and then run the upgrade again; if you don’t get a confirmation, then check your PHP error log. If you’re using the web-based upgrade tool, make sure your PHP time limits aren’t set so low that they interrupt the upgrade while it’s running.
