[SOLVED] OJS cuts cirillic text. Problems with charset?

I created a journal on localhost, then I exported DB to web-server and copied files.
Then I edited conf file, but catched a problem. See the screenshots! Everything is set on UTF-8, but cirillic symbols are cut =(

If u have the same problem, google simmilar topic on the forum. The trouble is in config file

This is how the config file should be edited. Pay attention to locale EN or US and utf8 or utf-8!
