I solved by fixing two things:
- Making sure that the correct link was used for validation. (Maybe in some documentation it should be clear for editors which link to use for validation
- Name of repository should be clearly stated and clarified possible situations if someone has two or more installations of OJS on one server such as:
http://myjournal/ojs1
http://myjournal/ojs2
etc.
