[Solved] My Role is both Journal Manager and Editor But I can not reach the new submissions

I upgraded my jounal from 2.4.8 to 3.1.1.4 and after this when a new submission comes to journal I can not see and process it. The picture is like this:

How can I continue the review process? I can not reach the new submissions.

Is there any authorization problem?

How can I solve this?

This problem is solved. I sent an article with admin role and I selected “Author” in Submit As section. For this reason I can not rearch the submission. I tried to send an article by an author role user, there was no problem. I can send the submission to the reviewers.
