[SOLVED] Css file upload issue OJS 3.1.1.2

When I Upload css file in OJS 3.1.1.2, Bootstrap 1.1.14 I got message thre is no file uploaded or wrong file type.

please advise how to correct this.

Enabled fileinfo module in php and it works.
