[Solve] OJS: edit galley of an article - public identifier error

Hi!

We are having a problem in our OJS after of the upgrade from revision 2.4.2 to revision 2.4.6, when I include or update a galley of an article, accusing the error in attach.

According to the user this error didn´t occurs in previous revision.

That’s already been fixed here: [OJS] public galley ID validation · Issue #509 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub

Try applying either of the patches there; they’re both equivalent, just committed against different branches.
