We are reaching out for support regarding the PKP Preservation Network (PLN) plugin for our journal. Despite enabling the plugin and accepting the Terms of Use, the system continues to show the following message on our dashboard:
“Network Status: The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet.”

How long ago did you enable/configure the plugin? Sometimes it can take a little bit of time for the PKP PN to pick up the journal. We also offer some troubleshooting tips here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/pkp-pn/en/#troubleshooting

I also facing the same status for my journal, Exon (3048-7706). I activated on friday (15/8/25)

There’s an issue on our server, which will require an upgrade, so that’s probably the reason why your journal wasn’t accepted yet, I’ve included both manually, so it should start working tomorrow.

The server failed to download these issues. It will retry again, but perhaps it will fail, if there’s no progress in the next days, I can inspect manually
