{$siteTitle} does not show its value

Hello,
I have verified that in the emails sent where the variable {$siteTitle} is referenced, it does not show its value. As I understand it, this variable should show the full name of the magazine and I have it. For what reason is it that the emails do not show it? Is it a problem in the database? What table should I look at to see if there are any problems?
I am working with OJS 3.1.2

Maybe you can try with using {$contextName} ?

Hello @primozs,

I already tried with {$contextName} and there was no change. For example, when resetting a password, the message I receive is the following:

We have received a request to reset your password for the web site.

It is assumed that before website should put the value of the variable, but neither with {$siteTitle} nor with {$contextName} it works. Any ideas?

Jut verified, the {$siteTitle} should work, yes. Are you maybe using many languages and the journal name is not set for all languages?

I do use the Spanish and English languages; Spanish by default. But in both languages I have the name of my journal. Well, I understand that, I also have the initials and the abbreviation, is that correct?
