Single installation: same package or not?

Hi there,

I plan to install OJS just for one journal. I have seen mentioned somewhere that in that case I should download a package which is already intended for single journals, and not for a whole portal. Is it like that? Or is it always one same package and then the website changes according to the settings you decide (e.g. if you create only one journal).
