is also occurring under
Website > Appearance > Setup > Sidebar
in OJS 3.2.1-1
Visiting the website it displays as I’ve set it “Make a submission” and then a “Custom Block”.
However under Website > Appearance > Setup Sidebar it displays “Custom Block” first and then “Make a submission”. So if I hit Save they are inverted from what I want to have. I always have to re-put them in the order I want (over and over again) before hitting Save.
